Mosaic star pattern for wall installations. This is a dual level pattern. The micro level pattern is my original design that incorporates 5, 7, 8, and 12 sided stars. The macro pattern creates rings of dodecagons and stars, and is a classic pattern found throughout the Islamic world. Separate pieces are tiled in a radial pattern to create the final piece, one of many possible tilings that can be done with this system. Colors can be chosen by the customer, and I can do color matching for specific shades for a fee if desired.
A single ring of the pattern is $720 and measures 32" in diameter. As many rings as desired can be looped continuously to fill any size wall. Contact me for a price quote.
This piece requires custom installation. A skilled tiler with experience using hand made tiles, or a mosaic artist, will be needed to assemble it. I will send very detailed installation instructions and diagrams. If you are local to Colorado, or nearby, I may be willing to come to you to install it.
